General terms and conditions <\/h2>\n

Participation in classes means agreeing to these terms and conditions.<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Registering and cancelling classes<\/b> You can register for classes via the link at justflowyoga.nl<\/a>. You can cancel via the booking system (Eversports) until at least 8 hours before the class starts. In case of late or no cancellation, the class will be automatically charged. If the class is full, you can put yourself on the waiting list. As soon as there is space, you will receive an e-mail and can register. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Subscription<\/b> The monthly subscription is for 1 class participation per week of your choice. The first payment will be charged on the date of registration, you will then pay the remaining monthly installment. Thereafter, tuition fees will be deducted by direct debit every 1st of the month. The subscription runs for a minimum of 3 months and is then automatically renewed for another month. Thereafter, a notice period of 1 month applies. This can be done on any day of the month and then ends exactly 1 month later. E.g. If you cancel the subscription before 30-10-2023, it will be canceled on 30-11-2023. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Multi-tickets<\/b> Multi-tickes have a validity of 6 months. Lessons are automatically debited from your multi-ticket Multi-cards are not refundable for any reason. Multi-tickets can be purchased online via Ideal, credit card, or bank transfer. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Class schedule<\/b> The current class schedule is always on Eversports, Justflowyoga reserves the right to change the class schedule at any time. Justflow yoga reserves the right to cancel a scheduled class if no suitable teacher is available to teach the class due to force majeure. In that case, the class will not be deducted from the multi-ticket or subscription. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Liability<\/b> Justflow yoga is not liable for injuries or bodily harm. Always indicate before the class starts if you have an injury or anything else that is important to know. (pregnancy, diabetes, etc.). Justflow yoga cannot be held liable for the loss or damage of participants’ personal belongings.<\/span><\/p>\n
